Created by Chef Julian Medina and Louis Skibar, of the Toloache Restaurant Group, El Fish Shack is a New England style fish and seafood restaurant featuring fresh caught whole lobster, whole fish and a wide range of seafood served grilled, steamed, broiled or fried, seasoned with the creative style of Chef Medina, while celebrating the local flavors of New York City’s diverse food culture.

So a little American, a little Mexican and a lot of NYC.

A flagship location of El Fish Shack will be opening in Manhattan in early 2021.
